IT Support Analyst


Based at Brands Hatch, we are looking for an IT Support Analyst who will be responsible for IT support (1st ~ 2nd line) across the MotorSport Vision group. The group consists of 5 tracks across the country and you will be required to visit these locations as part of your role and be prepared to work weekends on a rota basis.

The role requires someone who is a good all rounder, a self-starter and can work without supervision using their own ideas to solve problems.

Using a knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Windows XP (Vista, Windows 7 experience would be useful), Office 2003 you must use your extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of IT to provide quick and timely problem solving and support to staff. Ideally you will have at least 2-4 years IT experience and have strong Active Directory, Group Policy and networking skills.

Good communication is essential for this role with the ability to express, justify and put across your ideas in a timely manner and with confidence. High levels of numeracy and literacy are essential along with excellent problem solving ability are required. You must prioritise effectively and keep a detailed record of your work.

Due to the nature of this role, a valid driving licence is essential.

You will be required to complete basic Service Desk support, preventative maintenance and new software/hardware/component installations.
